The client part of the system WebPublishing™ is the Windows full cut used on computer of the systems client (for example, in the desk of the edition).
WebPublishing Client is simple and understood on a hunch. It is so easy to learn the system in a few minutes for a man working with the full cuts in the Windows.
The full cut oriented for prepare of the publications and uploading of it in the Internet.
The preparing of the new publication takes a little of time. Edit of small publication (6-7 articles) with pictures takes no more than 15 minutes. One of the advantages of the system is the possibility of preparing the publication in offline. It means that connection to the Internet is necessary only at departure of the publication on the server.
Contemporary work with all the articles of the publication. The interface of the program calls for work with some files at a blow. It is enough to push the tab with the article for switching between the articles.
The highlight of the meta-tags. The system WebPublishing™ calls for usage of the special meta-tags for grid of the article. For example <title>, <author> etc.
Search in the articles of the publication.
Usage of the html-tags. The WebPublishing Client allows to use the standard html-tags in the articles of the publication. For example it is possible to use the tag <table> if the article contents tables. It will be handled by the server part of the system.
Tools for the work with pictures. Insertion of the pictures is made by one pushing the button. It is possible to enter the parameters of the picture.
Setting of the system. It is possible to enter the way of numbering of the publications, the name of the edition, address of the server in the net, the login and password etc.
The archive of the publication. Before the departure the program archives all the files of the publications (articles, pictures) in the one archive reducing the size of the publication and time of the downloading.
Automatic departure of the publication on the server. The program contents function of the departure the publication on the server. User must not to have special knowledge about the work with the files in the Internet. The program will connect with the server and will send the archive with the publication in the Internet.
The usage of the local full cut WebPublishing Client isn`t necessary for operation of the system all-in-all. It is possible to prepare the publications in text editor not to having the advantages of the WebPublishing Client. The downloading of the prepared files can be materialized by some ways:
