There is the system of authorization in the system WebPublishing™ for nobody besides accountable for the publication can download the publication on the site of the edition.
Each client of the system has own unique login and password. The login and password is indicated in settings of the
WebPublishing Client. There is the checking of the login and password at the departure of the new publication on the server. If it doesn`t correspond with data on the server, the message is output and the publication doesn`t send on the server.
So, nobody besides accountable employee of the desk can change the data on the server.
